Gallformers ID Notes

Tightly clustered, pubescent, light green galls on the flowers of Helianthus occidentalis, causing petals and florets to stunt and warp. Each gall is monothalamous. Internally, the galls are lined with a white fuzz.

Observed in Minnesota in September.
