Gallformers ID Notes

A small, orange, short-hairy gall at the edge of the lower side of leaves of Quercus berberidifolia. Distinctly shaped, with a hemispherical distal end mounted on a disc with a slightly larger diameter, on a smaller pedestal below. Observed in California in September and October.
