Phylloxera querceti Pergande

On undersides of leaves of Quercus spp. (alba, dentata(?), macrocarpa) in the vicinity of Washington, D.C. (Pergande 1904), Duncan 1922). Affected leaves are speckled with small yellow spots, especially near mid-ribs and along smaller veins.
