Aphids on the world's plants

Phylloxera davidsoni Duncan

Apterae light orange to yellowish brown; BL c. 0.7 mm. Immatures are pale yellow, alatae orange with black thorax. On undersides of tomentous young leaves of Quercus engelmanni in California, USA (Duncan 1922). The life cycle is unknown.
