Gallformers ID Notes

Many small, flat, green to tan-brown wart-like galls on the upper surface of leaves of Ulmus crassifolia. These galls are not hairless but differ from the cedar-elm-fuzzy-gall in having short hairs that do not obscure the surface of the gall. Observed in Texas and occasionally in Louisiana and Alabama.
