Gallformers ID Notes

The GF code r-menzies-galls-from-taxon-split is for any galls on mock azalea that would have been identified as E. rhododendri or E. vaccinii before it was determined that those IDs are for fungi that only use specified European/Eurasian plants as hosts.

The typical Exobasidium gall on R. menzies is a shapeless blob hanging from the plant, similar to some other Exobasidium galls on Rhododendron species.
