Fig 201. On Rosa sp. Spines on the distal half flexed in middle and ending in a long plumose tip. In a cluster on leaf. Type galls were collected at Quail Flat, Tulare Co., Calif. at an elevation of 7000 ft. on July 28. Adults emerged the next March 17, 25, 50. All males.
