New species of gall midges from Texas

A series of midges were reared April 15, 1924 (No. 125) from an irregular, apical bud gall, some one inch in diameter and apparently composed of a series of aborted, partly unfolded leaflets, on Lacinaria punctata Kuntze collected at Austin, Texas.
