Phylloxera reticulata Duncan

Apterae are bright orange-yellow, with reddish eyes; BL c. 0.8 mm. On undersides of leaves of Quercus kelloggii in California, USA, dispersed along veins. Only apterae are described (Duncan 1922), and they have not been recorded since.
