Folds are reportedly partly covered with red hair. Adults of Ledomyia coryli (Felt) [now Acinacistyla coryli] were reared from leaf folds at the base of leaves, but this species is probably not a primary plant-feeder. The only available larva associated with this damage is a second instar that cannot be identified...
