Type locality. — Nerepis, New Brunswick.
Host plant. — Salix sericea, according to Smith and Fritz (1996).
Notes. — A valid species of Phyllocolpa in the leucosticta group. The larvae form leaf rolls on Salix sericea and perhaps some other willows.
