GALL
leaves much broader than normal, reddened to bluish-purple; the shoots are somewhat enlarged; usually the galling concerns isolated shoots. The spores are curved, septate, up to 18 µm long.
HOST PLANTS
Ericaceae, monophagous: Andromeda polifolia.
