On Cerastium, Stellaria
GALL
numerous, less than a mm wide, semiglobular shiny pustules, mainly at the underside of low leaves, c. 200-350 µm. Galls formed in summer, containing sporangia, are orange to golden orange. Galls formed in autumn contain resting sporangia and are reddish- to chestnut-brown.
