Four new genera of Nearctic Cecidomyiidae (Diptera) for species previously incorrectly placed

The single species placed here [in Rhizocecis] is responsible for tuberlike galls on aerial rootlets of Toxicodendron radicans (L.) Kuntze (Anacardiaceae). It had previously been placed in Dasineura (Gagné 2010).
