Gallformers ID Notes

We are matching these galls observed by Peter and Kim Connolly to the brief entry in Gagné (1989) with the rationale that they were (1) observed in Florida on palafoxia, (2) are broadly consistent in overall form with other Asphondylia-induced galls, and (3) feature spent pupal exuviae consistent with Asphondylia pupae.
