Gallformers ID Notes

Cylindrical spangles with slightly flared bases, covered in moderately long white hairs not obscuring the white-pink surface. With a prominent circular hilum or depression at the apex. Observed on Quercus ?obtusata in Michoacan, Mexico in December.
