New Species of Maple Mites

Eriophyes parallelus sp. nov.

Described from individuals found in a whitish erineum on the under surfaces of leaves of the mountain maple, Acer spicatum L., collected by Prof. F.C. Stewart at Seventh Lake, Adirondack Mountains, New York.
