Gallformers ID Notes

An integral parenchyma gall around the midrib of leaves of Quercus x undulata, pink-red and hairy on the upper side and pale green below. This gall closely resembles Neuroterus oblongifoliae but occurs in the fall and so far only female Neuroterus wasps have been reared from it.
